Are these all plaster HZ busts?
Yes, the busts are lovingly hand-painted by the sculptor, a graduate of world-renowned Tom Savini's Special Make-Up Effect Program at the Douglas Education Center in Monessen, Pennsylvania. Each is final-coated with five coats of sealant.
Why are the full-color models more expensive?
The full-color models take more time, color skill and patience to create the chilling look of this classic head.
Why do shipping costs vary?
Internationally, shipping costs may be over $50 US. In the USA, shipping costs may be around $20, depending on destination. Let me know the shipping destination and I'll get you a more precise shipping and handling cost.
Aren't shipping and handling costs a rip-off?
Maybe in some places, but not here. Packaging materials alone may cost up to $10, since the busts are typically double-boxed and protectively wrapped for security and safe travel.
Can I get express shipping? I want it for a special gift for Halloween, birthday, wedding, engagement, etc.
If a particular bust is available, I will make every effort to ship it to you as quickly as possible. However, because each is hand-crafted, it may be a few weeks until it is available. Again, these are not machine-made or cranked out by the hundreds. Each is a an exclusively created Helicopter Zombie head bust, authorized by the Helicopter Zombie himself, Jim Krut.
How do I pay for it if I don't have PayPal?
Email your request to helizombie@comcast.net, along with your mailing address. I'll let you know the total cost including shipping. Then you can send me a check or money order for the total. I'll ship out the bust, T-shirts, photos or whatever you like, and you'll soon have it in your own hands!
